 MADtriculation - Thursday, July 28, 2005 at 11:37 AM
matriculation was.... mad. Never in my life have i queued up so long, not even for sales or freebies. The queue was worse than any Mcdonald's Hello Kitty queue you've ever seen. And the worse part, everyone was queueing up... nope, not for a 70 percent discount on some Levi's jeans or for a complimentary 2 days 1 night stay at Shangri-La when you sign up with UOB credit cards, but to.... *gasp*.... study.

Everyone was queueing up to study.

The statment alone sounds.... morally wrong.

Queues queues and more queues. Queue up oustisde the recreational hall, to join another queue in it. To join another long queue for laptops, and then another queue to pay for the laptop, followed by yet another queue to collect the laptop, and last but not least, the one hour queue to set up the laptop.

After that, visited Zeming at his hall. Pretty nice place, didn't see any wanted posters with my disfigured photoshopped face, didn't get stoned.... yeah, so i guess it's cool. For those of you who still want to stone me, i've made my peace on the previous post, can't control wat you guys (and girls?) think and feel. So yeah, just do me one small favour, try not to hit me on the face. It'll take pretty damn long for me to explain a shiner to my mum.

Other than that, my life thus far:

1) Came back from the China trip which was really really good! Many many stories... The country's good, the people's good, the weather's good, the food's good, God's good... all is good! Except the toilets... not so good.

2) Passed my driving test! And i've come to realise taxi drivers are.... swines. I used to get a kick when the taxi i'm in is going at ridiculously high speeds, but now i know it's at whose expense. Taxi drivers really dun give chance to noobs like me... everytime try to overtake they speed up. May you all have no passengers going to Changi airport.

pretty much it. Guess the highlight of the month is that school's starting. No more waking up whenever i want to, no more endless dota games, and certainly no more blogging at 330am in the morning.

2 and 1/2 years ago, my life was sold to the guhmen, for them to torture and overwork me as they please. 2 months ago, this life was returned to me, only to be sold once again to another mercenary, ermm... institution.

Save me.

Currently listening to Planetshakers, Blondie, Lost Prophets and Bon Jovi. A good mixture of pop, rock and metal.
